Kris is a team-oriented leader with a diverse background spanning manufacturing, client risk management, and real estate development. Over the past 20 years, he has successfully overseen the completion of over 250 million in construction and land development ventures. His expertise also encompasses identifying and managing international development opportunities, coupled with strong skills in overall project operations, making him adept at navigating complex projects from inception to completion. He will be actively on-island during all construction development phases, ensuring project success. 

Chris demonstrates a strong record of achievement, beginning with academic excellence as a valedictorian and double Summa Cum Laude graduate, coupled with his participation as a Virginia Tech football player. He transitioned this drive into successful entrepreneurship, founding NOVUS Building Services, a leading company in multifamily renovations. His investment portfolio reflects diverse interests, including Commonwealth Joe Roasters and Hiit Next Level Fitness, and he has also established "Under the C Ventures."

With 40 years in construction development, located throughout the Caribbean Islands, Marks goal is to provide quality Management and Budgeting services to Construction and general contracting. With projects under his leadership in the $2-$100 million range, building boutique hotels and up to 25 story buildings. Additionally several years of experience in the commercial construction industry with positions as a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator & Scheduler along with over several years in Engineering and Supervisory roles.

Craig our experienced sales director at NOCO Group with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry and sales that are client focused. Born and raised in Antigua, with many local successful companies, with his wife Shandy are a crustical part of the NOCO team. Skilled in Customer Service, Sales, Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy, and Marketing. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Commerce - Business Communications focused in Marketing from St Marys University, NS Canada. 

As our project superintendent Hans brings over 30 years of expertise in construction development and multi-family property management to the NOCO team. A Swedish native with a passion for the outdoors, Hans and his wife, Tona, are local ranchers and horse lovers.

Hans' four children live around the world. An avid outdoorsman, Hans is a passionate member of the community.

He will be your on-site contact once your project breaks ground, ensuring a smooth and efficient construction process.
